Services at Levine Chapels, 470 Harvard Street, Brookline on Monday, October 7 at 11:00AM. Interment at the Jewish Benevolent Cemetery, Grove Street, West Roxbury. Memorial observance following the interment at the Woodland Golf Club, then continuing at the home of Thomas Leavitt on Tuesday and Wednesday from 4-8PM.
