My twin sister, Linda, passed away 10 years ago after a courageous battle with cancer. We thought she was ok after being free of cancer for 8 years after treatments for breast cancer, but, she suddenly developed Leukemia and died shortly afterwards. Linda had been married for several years to Elliott Marks before they got divorced. They did not have any children. Linda then married Stephen Eisenberg. They have one daughter, Michelle . I miss Linda terribly. I feel like I lost part of myself.
I am so sorry to hear of your loss, Lois. You two girls are such a pleasant memory for me, and I can only imagine how hard it is to feel the loss of a sister who was even closer than a sister.
I too remember you both but especially Linda from Temple Emanuel USY with classmates Linda Katseff, Arlene Glaser and Ellen Levy.
Having made it this far in life, all of us have experienced losses from this horrible disease, but being a surviving twin has to add an additional level of pain and sadness.
